Abstract

This paper presents a suggestion of activities for an English course with an ESP approach to language teaching designed for hotel in-service reception clerks as well as those in pre-service training. The activities emphasize the development of listening comprehension and speaking skills, which are the most employed by the reception clerks according to the results of the needs analysis carried out previously.
