Resumo

This paper analyzes the operation of the structures of discursive co-construction of masculinities, drawing attention to the students' interactional positioning in conversations. This ethnography-based research uses data collected from a public school in the city of RJ. The results show the existence of power relations among the boys in the classroom discourse.
