ANÁLISE DE ESQUEMAS E ALINHAMENTOS NA SENTENÇA JUDICIAL PENAL

Resumo

This article aims at analysing the written discourse of the criminal sentence under an interactional sociolinguistics approach to discourse analysis. Specifically, schema theory and frame analysis is applied to seven written sentences derived from the area of the criminal law in order to examine the constitution of this discourse at the light of this approach to discourse.
