O planejamento em uma realidade complexa: uma reflexão

Resumo

Este artigo propõe-se a estudar as diversas influências que o estudo da complexidade exercerá sobre as organizações e, sobretudo, sobre o seu planejamento. A proposta é discutir o contexto do planejamento diante de uma realidade complexa e apresentar o problema para futuras reflexões, retratando alguns pensamentos de autores reconhecidos nesse assunto. Palavras-chave: Complexidade e Planejamento. Abstract This article intends to study the several influences that the study of the complexity exerts on organizations and, above all, about its planning. The proposal is to discuss the context of the planning before a complex society and to present the problem for the future reflections, and portraying some thoughts of authors in this subject.
